You will have to have an Internet connection to view streaming media.  There’s really no way to get around that.  I think the question you’re really asking is “Can I download the YouTube video and watch it later?”.  The answer is yes.  I had to capture some online video for a Rotary District Conference, and my research revealed two methods to do this. 

Method 1 - copy the URL of the YouTube video, then go to one of these sites (there are many more sites, just Google “Download YouTube Video”) and paste the URL into the form.  The tool will explain what you have to do from there, typically you’ll have to locate the “temp” stream file and play it on the FLV player they recommend.  This is the harder, but FREE way.
